Espirit Boxers is located in the high desert of Morongo Valley , just north of Palm Springs , California. Pictured above are myself, my husband Charlie and two of our boxers.... Teddy and Connie.

Our boxers are all house dogs, loved and trained with the same care as my own human children. In fact there are times when I am quite sure that the dogs don't know they are dogs.



In the Beginning...
My very first boxer was a pound puppy... Poncho. This boy was a true abassador for the breed, because once I had him in my arms I was totally in love .   Though he was just a backyard breeding he was a champion in my heart.

Ten years later I got my first registered boxer girl.   Bar-Row's Enchanted Espirit, Spri, purchased from Helen and Allen Row.







Thus began Espirit Kennels in 1993!
Spri was from the Doggone Ounce of Gold lines.   Even though this girl never became an AKC champion we had hopes of breeding her well and having some showable pups.   But this was just not to be!  So, in her honor we named our kennel after her.




As the years march on we realized what a serendipitous name we had chosen. My husband is 1/8 Cherokee, not alot, but we decided to focus on an Indian theme for our web page.

And so may the wonderful spirit of our Boxer join with the spirit of good sportsmanship, and caring to produce healthy, correct boxers for our future.







Espirit Kennels Today!
Today we are striving to produce Boxers of correct breed type , excellent temperments, and good health. Each puppy represents not only our kennel, but the kennels of my mentors who have produced wonderful boxers thru the years. It is thru their efforts that I have these wonderful boxers in my home to love and on which to build our future. By combining the best of British and American lines we are striving to produce better Boxers who are true to their heritage.
